Fix it, or replace it.
Staircases that creak, wobble or simply look tired can be repaired or fully replaced. We tell you which one actually makes sense — then quote it fixed.
Honest triage first.
We assess the structure and advise the most cost-effective path: a tread replacement, a balustrade upgrade, or a full replacement. Sometimes the answer is a repair that costs a fraction of a new stair — we'd rather tell you that and earn the next job.
Minimal disruption.
Because the new components are manufactured in our factory beforehand, on-site work is typically a day or two — measured, made, swapped, and the site left clean.

Asked and answered.
My stairs creak — do I need a whole new staircase?
Often not. Creaks and wobbles usually trace to specific treads or fixings, and a targeted repair can solve it. We'll tell you honestly at the site measure whether repair or replacement is the better spend.
Can you replace stairs while we're living in the house?
Yes — that's the normal case. The staircase is manufactured in our factory first, so on-site disruption is typically limited to one or two days of installation.
