HOW A STAIRCASE HAPPENS
One floor, four stages.
STAGE 01
Cut
Every component starts on the CNC — cut to the millimetre from the site measure, not from a standard template.
STAGE 02
Assemble
Treads, stringers and balustrade components come together on the floor, dry-fitted and checked before anything ships.
STAGE 03
Finish
Sanding, lacquer and paint — the finish is applied in the factory, not rushed on site.
STAGE 04
Install
Our own crews deliver and install, then hand over a completion certificate. The same team, floor to home.
