How long does a staircase installation take?
Most residential installations take 1–2 days once the staircase is manufactured. The full timeline from enquiry to completion is typically 4–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, and site readiness. We'll give you a clear timeline when we quote.
Do you supply the materials, or do I need to source them?
We handle everything — design, materials, manufacture, and installation. You don't need to source anything separately. If you have a specific timber species or finish in mind, let us know when you enquire and we'll confirm availability.
Do you work with builders and developers, or just homeowners?
Both. We work directly with homeowners on renovations and new builds, and we also partner with builders and developers who need a reliable staircase subcontractor across multiple sites. We can coordinate around your construction programme.
What's included in your quote?
Our quotes are fixed-price and cover the full scope: site measure, design, materials, manufacture, delivery, installation, and a completion certificate. No hidden extras. If something changes during the project, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a NSW Operator Licence and carry public liability insurance and workers compensation. All work is completed to Australian Building Code standards and backed by a completion certificate. Licence details are available on request.
